The planning permissions contain conditions which would be the responsibility of the purchaser to discharge.

Viewing:  The property is a former agricultural holding with many of the farm buildings in a dilapidated condition and appropriate caution should be exercised at all times during viewings. Viewers should not enter the buildings and we would advise children should not be allowed in the area.
